PER SUCHITRA KAMBLE, JM These eleven appeals are filed by the assessee against the orders dated 29.06.2016, 30.06.2016, 15.03.2017 passed by CIT(A)-36 & 40 New Delhi for Assessment Years 1994-95, 2005-06, 2006-07, 2007-08, 2008-09, 2010-11, 1992-93, 1993-94, 2001-02, 2012-13 & 2011-12.

The Ld AR submitted that the assessee vide letter dated 17.12.2019 requested to withdraw these eleven appeals. The Ld. Sr. DR did not have any objection if the permission to withdraw these appeals is granted to the assessee. The letter dated 17.12.2019 is taken on record and accordingly, the appeals of the assessee are dismissed as withdrawn.

In the result, all the eleven appeals of the assessee are dismissed.
