This appeal filed by the assessee is directed against the order of the learned Principal Commissioner of Income Tax, Central-2, Chennai in C.No.2744/C-2/2016-17/16 dated 19.03.2018 relevant to the Assessment Year 2013-14.
2 -: 2. When the appeal was taken up for hearing, the ld. Counsel for the assessee filed a letter dated 01.07.2021 seeking permission to withdraw the appeal filed by the assessee since the assessee is not interested in prosecuting its appeal.
In view of the above submissions of the ld. Counsel for the assessee and there being no objection raised by the ld. DR, the appeal filed by the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.
In the result, the appeal of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.
