The assessee has filed this appeal passed by the CIT(E) dated 14/10/2019 for asst. year 2019-20.

At the time of hearing, the assessee moved an application dated 17/11/2020 before the Bench requesting to allow withdrawal of the appeal filed by it, which reads as under:-

The ld DR did not object to the prayer put forth by the assessee. Accordingly we allow the assessee to withdrawn the appeal.

In the result, the appeal of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.
