I note that some typographical mistakes have been crept in while typing the name spelling of the Sr. Departmental Representative as “Sh. Manoj Kumar Gupta, Sr. DR” in the Tribunal’s Order dated 06.01.2020 passed in the aforesaid Appeal. The correct name spelling of the Ld. Sr. DR may now be read as under:-
“Sh. Manoj Kumar Chopra, Sr. DR.”
