This appeal at the instance of the assessee is directed against CIT(A)’s order dated 19.01.2018. The relevant assessment year is 2006-2007.
At the very outset we noticed that the assessee has filed a letter dated 14.2.2020 requesting for withdrawal of the appeal pending before us. The learned Departmental Representative did not have any objection for withdrawing of this appeal. Hence this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
