All the above appeals have been filed by the Assessee against the separate orders of the Ld. CIT(A)/NFAC, Delhi each 12/03/2025 pertaining to Assessment Year 2012-13. 2. During the course of hearing Ld. Counsel for the Assessee submitted an application dt. 07/10/2025 for withdrawal of all the above appeals, contents of which read as under:
“ Sub: Request for withdrawals of appals in the case of Sh. Baljit Singh Sidhu for A.Y 2012-13 in ITA Nos. 677-679/2025
The above said appals are fixed for hearing before Your Honours for 08.10.2025. As per the instructions, the assessee wants to withdraw the aforesaid captioned appeals and it is humbly prayed that the same may please be allowed. “
Ld. Sr. DR did not object if the appeals of the assessee are dismissed as withdrawn.
The Bench accepted the request of the assessee for withdrawal of appeals.
In view of the above all the appeals of the assessee are dismissed as withdrawn.
In the result, appeals of the Assessee are dismissed.
