CORRIGENDUM While reading the Tribunal’s order dated 26.02.2020 passed in (AY 2012-13), we find that some typographical mistake has been crept in at page no. 8, para no. 5.2, line no. 2 in typing the amount as Rs. 4,93,160/- instead of correct figure of Rs. 49,36,160/-, as mentioned in the grounds of appeal. Therefore, we are correcting the same mistake by issuing this corrigendum that the figure mentioned at page no. 8, para no. 5.2, line no. 2 may be read as “Rs. 49,36,160/-“. With the above corrections in figure, the Corrigendum is passed on 02.03.2020.

The other contents of the Tribunal’s order dated 26.02.2020 will remain unchanged.
