ORDER
Per Shri Aby T. Varkey, JM:
This is an appeal preferred by the assessee against the order of Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals)-3, Kolkata dated 08/11/2019 for Assessment year 2014-15.
None appeared on behalf of the assessee. However, we note that M/s. J.N. Banerjee & Co., Chartered Accountants, which have been given the power of attorney to appear in this case on behalf of the assessee has moved an application for withdrawal of the instant appeal, since the appellant is closing their business. Therefore, we allow the request of the assessee to withdraw the appeal.
