This appeal at the instance of the assessee is directed against the order of CIT(A) dated 18.12.2017. The relevant assessment year is 2008-2009.
At the time of hearing before us, it is found from record that the assessee has filed an application dated 12th February, 2021, for withdrawal of this appeal. The learned Departmental Representative did not rise any objection for withdrawing the appeal by the assessee. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal filed by the assessee, as withdrawn.
