This is an appeal filed by the assessee against the order of CIT(A)-11, Bengaluru, dated 29.07.2019, relating to Assessment Year 2016-17.

The assessee has moved an application in which it is stated that the assessee has filed Forms 1 and 2 and has also obtained Form 3 certificate containing particulars of tax arrears and the amount payable in Form 3 from the Income Tax Department under direct tax Vivad Se Vishwas Scheme, 2020 in respect of the present appeal. In the circumstances, the assessee has prayed for withdrawing the appeal.

The appeal is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.

In the result, assessee’s appeal is dismissed. Pronounced in the open court on the date mentioned on the caption page.
