Per Rajesh Kumar, Accountant Member:- This appeal filed by the assessee is directed against the order of ld. Commissioner of Income Tax (Exemptions), Kolkata dated 30.03.2021 passed under section 263 of the Income Tax Act, 1961.

The Treasurer of the assessee-Trust has moved an application dated 14.03.2022 seeking the permission of the Bench to withdraw this appeal. Since the ld. D.R. has no objection in this regard, the permission as sought by the Treasurer of the assessee-Trust is granted and accordingly the appeal of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn. 1 St. Xavier’s College Kolkata Educational Trust
