This appeal has been filed by the assessee against the order of the learned Commissioner of Income Tax(A), Faridabad dated 29.08.2018 for assessment year 2015-16.
At the outset, learned AR drew our attention to the letter of the appellant requesting for withdrawal of this appeal as the same has been filed under the Direct Tax Vivad se Vishwas Act, 2020.
The Ld. Sr. DR does not have any objection to the said request of the assessee.

We have gone through the request submitted by the Ld. AR and since the Sr. DR does not have any objection, the appeal is allowed to be withdrawn.
In the result, the appeal of the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.
