This appeal by the assessee is directed against the order of the Pr.CIT, Mysore dated 25.2.2020 passed u/s. 263 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 [the Act] for the assessment year 2015-16.

At the time of hearing, the ld. AR for the assessee submitted that the appeal by assessee is not pressed and requested for withdrawal of the appeal. Accordingly, the appeal by the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.
