Order dated 04.09.2020 passed in for the Assessment Year 2003-04, in para-1 some typographical mistakes have been crept in, hence, we are rectifying the same as under:- “The present appeal filed by assessee is against order of Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals)-2, New Delhi dated 25.09.2019 relating to assessment year 2003-04 against the order passed under section 271(1)(c) of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (in short ‘the Act’).”
