These two appeals by the same assessee are directed against the separate orders of ld.CIT (A)-1, Visakhapatnam, both dated 27/11/2015 for the A.Ys. 1999-2000 & 2000-01. 2. By filing an application dated 23/08/2018, the Authorized Representative for the assessee seeks withdrawal of both the appeals. To this, ld. Departmental Representative has not raised any objection. In view of the request made, these two appeals filed by the assessee are dismissed as withdrawn.
