BALAGANESH (A.M): This appeal was listed for hearing on 21/06/2021 in ‘C’ Bench and was heard on that day. This Tribunal had passed an order on 24/06/2021 disposing of the said appeal. In the said order it has been wrongly mentioned in the first page of the order that this appeal was heard in ‘A’ Bench instead of ‘C’ Bench. This error has been rightly pointed out by the assessee vide letter dated 03/09/2021. Hence, this corrigendum is issued and the order is to be read as being disposed of in ‘C’ Bench and not in ‘A’ Bench.
