This is an appeal by the assessee against order dated 16.03.2020 of learned Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals)-51, Mumbai for the assessment year 2013-14.

When the appeal was called for hearing, Shri Ashwin Jain, learned Counsel for the assessee, on instruction, sought permission for withdrawal of the appeal. In fact, letter dated 13.10.2021 making the aforesaid request has also been filed before the Bench. 3. Shri Avneesh Tiwari, learned Departmental Representative did not object to the aforesaid request.
