O R D E R Per George George K, JM These appeals at the instance of the assessee are directed against three different orders of the CIT(A). The relevant assessment years are 2012-2013, 2013-2014 and 2014-2015.
At the time of hearing before us, the learned Counsel for the assessee vide letter dated 20th July, 2021 submitted that the assessee has already settled the issues involved in these appeals, under VSV Scheme. Hence he prayed that the appeals may be dismissed as withdrawn. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeals filed by the assessee as withdrawn.
In the result, the appeals filed by the assessee are dismissed.
