PER G. MANJUNATHA, ACCOUNTANT MEMBER:
This appeal filed by the assessee is directed against the order of the Principal Commissioner of Income Tax, Coimbatore, dated 26.02.2021 and pertains to assessment year 2016-17.
The ld.Counsel for the assessee, at the time of hearing, submitted that the assessee has instructed him to withdraw the appeal and therefore, prayed that assessee may be permitted to withdraw its appeal and same may be dismissed as withdrawn.
2 :: 3. The ld.DR for the Revenue, has no objection to withdraw the appeal.
In view of the above reasons, we dismiss the appeal filed by the assessee as withdrawn
