M/S. RAMSONS UDHYOG PRIVATE LIMITED,BANGALORE vs. THE COMMISSIONER OF INCOME TAX (APPEALS-3), BANGALORE

This appeal at the instance of the assessee is directed against CIT(A)’s order dated 08.07.2019. The relevant assessment year is 2014-2015.

At the time of hearing before us, the learned AR requested for withdrawal of this appeal. The learned Departmental Representative did not raise any objection for withdrawing the appeal by the assessee. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal filed by the assessee, as withdrawn.

In the result, the appeal filed by the assessee is dismissed. Order pronounced on this 13th day of October, 2021.
