The present appeal has been preferred by the assessee against the order dated 01.04.2019 of the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals)-15, Kolkata [hereinafter referred to as ‘CIT(A)’] passed u/s 250 of the Income Tax Act (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Act’).

Shri Suman Bhattacharjee, AR of the assessee has appeared and has moved an application stating that the assessee has opted the benefit of Vivad Se Viswas Scheme 2020 and that the appeal of the assessee may be dismissed as withdrawn. The ld. DR has not objected to the same. In view of this, the appeal of the assessee is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
