O R D E R Per Bench These appeals at the instance of the assessee are directed against two orders of the CIT(A), both dated 17th October, 2014. The relevant assessment years are 2009-2010 and 2010-2011.

At the time of hearing before us, the learned Counsel for the assessee requested for withdrawal of these appeals. The learned Departmental Representative did not raise any objection for withdrawing the appeals by the assessee. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeals filed by the assessee, as withdrawn.

In the result, the appeals filed by the assessee are dismissed. Order pronounced on this 14th day of October, 2021.
