O R D E R Per George George K, JM These appeals at the instance of the assessee are directed against consolidated order of the CIT(A) dated 14.02.2019. The relevant assessment years are 2009-2010, 2010-2011 and 2011-2012.
At the time of hearing, the learned AR has placed a letter dated 26.10.2021, requesting for withdrawal of these appeals. The learned DR did not raise any objection for withdrawing the appeals by the assessee. Therefore, in view of the above withdrawal letter, we dismiss the appeals filed by the assessee as withdrawn.
