The ld. Counsel for the assessee, at the very outset, submitted that this appeal be dismissed as withdrawn. He has made a writing to this effect in the order-sheet. In view of the statement of the ld. Assessment Year: 2016-2017 Vijay Kumar Singhania Counsel for the assessee at the Bar, we dismiss this appeal as withdrawn.
