This appeal filed by the assessee is directed against the order dated
20.06.2024 of the Ld. CIT(A), Pune - 12 relating to assessment year 2012-13. 2. The Ld. Counsel for the assessee at the outset submitted that the assessee does not want to prosecute the appeal and the same may be treated as withdrawn.
In absence of any objection from the side of the Ld. DR, the request of the Ld.
Counsel for the assessee for non-prosecution of the appeal is allowed and the appeal is dismissed as “not pressed”.
