Venkata Suseela, submitted that the assessee does not wish to pursue her appeal filed before the Tribunal and has, accordingly, filed a petition seeking withdrawal of the same. For the sake of clarity, the said petition is reproduced as under:

The learned Senior Departmental Representative, Dr. Sachin Kumar, on the other hand, has not objected to the request of the assessee for withdrawal of the appeal. 4. We have heard both parties and perused the material available on record. In view of the above, the request for withdrawal of the appeal is accepted. Accordingly, the appeal filed by the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn. 5. In the result, the appeal filed by the assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.
