This appeal by the assessee is directed against the order dated
18.10.2024 of order of National Faceless Appeal Centre (NFAC), Delhi
[Learned Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals)] for the Asst. Year 2017-
18. 2. At the outset, we notice that the assessee has filed an application dated 03.12.2025 through its Learned Authorised Representative for seeking withdrawal of the appeal which is extracted below :
