This is the appeal preferred by the assessee against the order of the Ld.
Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals)- Addl/JCIT(A)-1, Vadodara (hereinafter referred to as the Ld. CIT(A) dt. 10.06.2024 for the AY 2021-22. 2. At the time of hearing, a letter dated 26.12.2024 was placed before us from the Ld. A.R requesting the Bench to allow the withdrawal of the appeal. Accordingly accepting the request of the assessee we dismiss the appeal as withdrawn.
