ORDER / आदेश Per Pradip Kumar Choubey, JM: These are the appeals preferred by the assessee against separate orders of Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeal)-27, Kolkata (hereinafter referred to as the Ld. CIT(A)] dated 23.09.2024 for AY 2014-15 to 2016-17 respectively. to 2132/Kol/2024 Assessment Years: 2014-15 to 2016-17 Amber Commodeal Pvt. Ltd.
At the time of hearing, a letter was placed before us from the assessee’s Counsel Smt. Puja Bajaj requesting the Bench to allow the withdrawal the appeals. Accordingly accepting the request of the assesse, we dismiss all the appeals as withdrawn.
In the result, all the appeal filed by the assessee are dismissed as withdrawn.
