This appeal is filed at the instance of the assessee against the order of the CIT (A)-2, Hyderabad for the assessment year 2003-2004. 2. On the date of hearing, Ld Counsel for the assessee brought our attention to the letter filed by Shri B.G.V Krishna, Managing Director of the assessee-company and submitted that since the assessee is not interested to press the grounds raised in the appeal, the same may be dismissed as not pressed. 3. On perusal of the assessee’s letter and after considering the no objection from the Ld DR, we dismiss the present appeal as withdrawn. 4.
