This appeal filed by the assessee is directed against the order dated 24/04/2017 of Learned CIT(A) – 2, Hyderabad for the AY 2010- 11. 2. On perusal of record, we find that the AR of the assessee filed a letter dated 27/06/2018, wherein it was stated to withdraw the appeal in the circumstances mentioned therein. Therefore, we dismiss the appeal as withdrawn. 3. In the result, appeal of the assessee is dismissed. Pronounced in the open Court on 10th July, 2018.
