This is an appeal preferred by the assessee against the order of the National Faceless Appeal Centre, Delhi (hereinafter referred to as the “Ld. CIT(A)”] dated 24.09.2024 for the AY 2012-13. 02. At the outset, Ld. Counsel for the assessee requested to withdraw the instant appeal vide application dated 17.07.2025, which read as under:

The aforesaid appeal has been fixed for hearing today. It connection, it is submitted that the assessee has opted for VSV Scl 2024 and filed Form 1 on 20.12.2024
and also received Form 2 c 18.06.2025 (copy enclosed). Hence, the present appeal is being withdraw. However, it is prayed that if the dispute could not be settled under Scheme due to any reason, the current appeal may please be rest back.

03. In view of the above, we dismiss the appeal of the assessee as withdrawn.
