PER N. K. BILLAIYA, AM: and 5921/Del/2013, 5733/Del/2013 and 5922/Del/2013, 5734/Del/2013 and 5923/Del/2013, 5735/Del/2013 and 5924/Del/2013 are cross appeals by the assessee and the revenue preferred against the orders for A.Y.2001-02 to 2004-05 respectively.

At the very outset the counsel for the assessee stated that the appellant has filed declarations under Vivaad Se Vishwas Scheme, 2020 to settle the dispute. The counsel stated that relevant forms have already been filed.

On such statement all these appeals are dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is given to the appellants to approach the Tribunal for the revival of the appeals if for some technical reason the dispute could not be settled under the Vivaad Se Vishwas Scheme, 2020.

On such concession all the appeals are dismissed. 5. Decision announced in the open court in the presence of both the representatives on 11.01.2021.
