PER MAHAVIR PRASAD, JUDICIAL MEMBER : This is an appeal by the assessee against the order of the Commissioner of Income Tax(Appeals)-XIV, Ahmedabad, vide Appeal No.CIT(A)- XIV/Ward-8(4)/316/2013-14, dated 02/06/2014 for Assessment Year (A.Y) 2011-12.
During the time of hearing, ld. Counsel for the assessee requested through his application dated 08/02/2018 for withdrawal of the appeal filed by the assessee. The ld. DR for the revenue has no objection.
In the light of the above submission made by the ld. Counsel for the assessee the appeal of the assessee is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
