PER MAHAVIR PRASAD, JUDICIAL MEMBER : This is an appeal by the assessee against the order of the Commissioner of Income Tax(Appeals)- Gandhinagar, Ahmedabad, vide appeal no.CIT(A)/GN/439/2015-16 dated 01/09/2016 for the Assessment Year (AY) 2013-14.
This matter was fixed for today’s hearing on 23/02/2018. At the outset, learned counsel for the assessee moved an application for withdrawal of the appeal filed by the assessee. The ld. DR for the revenue has no objection.
