O R D E R Per N.S.Saini, AM This is an appeal filed by the assessee against the order of the
CIT(A), Cuttack dated 2.8.2017 for the assessment year 2012-13.
Vide letter dated 25th April, 2018, the ld A.R. of the assessee seeks 2. permission to withdraw its appeal filed u/s.253 of the I.T.Act, 1961 before the Tribunal on 17.11.2017 by the assessee. The learned D.R. had no objection. We, therefore, accede to the request of ld A.R. of the assessee and permit to withdraw its appeal, which is dismissed as withdrawn.
In the result, appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
