These two appeals filed by different asseesees are directed against different

orders of the CIT(Exemptions), Kochi for the assessment year 2012-13.

At the time of hearing, the Ld. AR made a submission that the assessees are

not interested in pursuing these appeals and made an endorsement accordingly.

Hence these appeals are dismissed as withdrawn.

In the result, the appeals of the assessees are dismissed as withdrawn. Pronounced in the open court on 01st March, 2018.
