This is an appeal filed by the assessee against the order of the
CIT(E)-Hyderabad dated 16.8.2017.
At the time of hearing, ld A.R. of the assessee seeks to withdraw
the appeal filed by the assessee before the Tribunal and made an
endorsement to this effect to grounds of appeal filed with Form No.36 to
which, ld D.R. had no objection.
In view of above, we accede to the request of ld A.R. of the
assessee and permit to withdraw the appeal.
