This is an appeal by the Assessee against the order dt. 20/03/2018 of Ld. CIT(E).
The President of the assessee Society requested to withdraw this appeal and gave in writing as under:
" The appellant preferred this appeal against the order passed by Ld. CIT(E), Jaipur dated 20/03/2018. After due consideration it has been decided for not arguing the appeal and therefore by this application it is requested to permit for withdrawal of appeal.
