At the request of ld. AR of the assessee the case was adjourned to today i.e. on 04.09.2018, however, none appeared on behalf of the assessee when the case was called for hearing, neither any adjournment petition was filed by the assessee. This shows that the assessee is not interested in pursuing this appeal. Therefore, following the decision of the Delhi Bench of the Tribunal in the case of CIT Vs. Multiplan India (P) Ltd., 38 ITD 320 (Delhi), appeal of the assessee is dismissed for want of prosecution.
