These two appeals filed by assessee for A.Y. 2006-07 to 2007-08, arise from order of the CIT(A)-I, Vadodara dated 13-07-2015, in proceedings under section 115WG rws 115WE(3) of the Income Tax Act, 1961; in short “the Act”.

At the time of hearing, ld. counsel for the assessee has requested to withdraw the appeals. The Revenue is fair enough in not objecting to the same. We therefore accept assessee’s request for withdrawing the appeals filed.

In the result, both the appeals of the assessee are dismissed as withdrawn.
