This appeal at the instance of the assessee is directed against the CIT(A)’s order dated 17.11.2017. The relevant assessment year is 2013-2014.

At the time of hearing, the learned AR has requested for withdrawal of the appeal filed by the assessee. The learned DR did not raise any objection for withdrawing the appeal by the assessee.
