This appeal filed by the assessee is directed against two orders of the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals), National Faceless
Appeal Centre (NFAC), Delhi, dated 20.12.2025 & 16.12.2025
passed under section 250 of the Income Tax Act, 1961 (hereinafter called ‘the Act’). The relevant Assessment Year is 2011-12. ITA No.2923 & 2924/Chny/2025

2. At the time of hearing, the Ld.AR for the assessee submitted that the assessee wants to withdraw the appeals. In this regard, the Ld.AR has also filed a petition dated 19.12.2025
seeking withdrawal of appeals. In light of the above, we dismiss the appeals of the assessee as withdrawn.
