CIT(A)-1, Jabalpur, both dated 25/6/2018 for the assessment year 2013-14 (Quarter 1 and Quarter 4). 2. None was present on behalf of the assessee. However, it was brought to our notice that the assessee has moved an application dated 12/3/2019 for withdrawal of the appeals stating therein that “considering the ground of appeal and facts of the case, the appellant hereby decided to withdraw the appeal filed and requested your honour to permit us for the same”. The Revenue has no objection to the request made by the assessee. Accordingly the appeals are dismissed as withdrawn. 3. In the result, both the appeals of the assessee are dismissed. Order pronounced in the open Court on 04/04/2019.
