SRI SRINIVASA TRUST,BANGALORE vs. ASSISTANT COMMISSIONER OF INCOME TAX, CENTRAL CIRCLE-2(1), BANGALORE
What did the Tribunal hold?

Which sections of the Income-tax Act were involved?
Section 11,Section 12A,Section 11(1)(a),Section 11(5),Section 11(2)(b)
