ORDER PER BHAVNESH SAINI, J.M. Both the appeals by Assessee has been directed against the different Orders of the Ld. CIT(A), Moradabad, Dated 23.08.2016 and Dated 30.11.2016, for the A.Y. 2012- 2013.
Learned Counsel for the Assessee filed an application seeking permission to withdraw the appeals as 2 ITA.Nos.5618 & 6671/Del./2016 The Kisan Sehkari Chini Mills Ltd., Kala Khera, Hasanpur-Gajraula, Uttar Pradesh. the issues involved in both the appeals are settled under VIVAD SE VISHWAS SCHEME, 2020 and Form No.3 have already been issued by the Department in both the appeals.
In view of the above, appeals of the assessee dismissed as withdrawn.
