ORDER PER BHAVNESH SAINI, J.M. This appeal by Assessee has been directed against the Order of the Ld. CIT(A)-16, New Delhi, Dated 29.12.2017, for the A.Y. 2013-2014.
2 ITA.No.2190/Del./2018 Study Overseas Global Private Limited, New Delhi. 2. None appeared for Assessee. However, Learned Counsel for the Assessee filed an application seeking permission to withdraw the appeal as the issues involved in the appeal are settled under VIVAD SE VISHWAS SCHEME, 2020 and Form No.3 have already been issued by the Department.
In view of the above, appeal of the assessee dismissed as withdrawn.
