ORDER PER BENCH : All the above appeals by Assessee are directed against the different Orders of the Ld. CIT(A)-24, New Delhi, Dated 28.11.2017, for the above assessment years.
Learned Counsel for the Assessee seeks permission to withdraw all the appeals as the matters involved in all the appeals are settled in VIVAD SE
2 ITA.No.648 to 653/Del./2018 Smt. Natasha Kohli, New Delhi. VISHWAS SCHEME, 2020 and Form No.3 have also been issued in favour of the assessee in all the above appeals by the Department.
In view of the above, all the appeals of the Assessee are dismissed as withdrawn.
