This appeal by the assessee is preferred against the order of the ld. CIT(A)-37, New Delhi dated 20.03.2019 pertaining to A.Y 2010-11.
Vide an application dated 12.02.2021 the appellant sought permission to withdraw the appeal as the quarrel has been settled under the Vivad se Vishwas Scheme, 2020 and the appellant is in receipt of Form No. 3.
Noting the contents of the applications, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
In the result the appeal of the assessee in is dismissed as withdrawn.
The order is pronounced in the open court in the presence of the ld. DR on 09.03.2021.
