ORDER PER BHAVNESH SAINI, J.M. This appeal by Assessee has been directed against the Order of the Ld. CIT(A)-20, New Delhi, Dated 31.10.2019, for the A.Y. 2010-2011.
Learned Counsel for the Assessee seeks permission to withdraw the appeal as the matter in issue have been settled under VIVAD SE VISHWAS SCHEME, 2020 and Form No.3 have already been issued by the 2 ITA.No.9245/Del./2019 Ms. Tervinder Kaur Kohli, New Delhi. Department. He has, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the appeal.
In view of the above, appeal of the Assessee dismissed as withdrawn.
